Assembly Technician (m/f/d)

Apprenticeship / Technical College (HTL)

Full-time / 38.5 hours per week / @headquaters

What we expect

  • Completed training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics (Apprenticeship / HTL)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%)
  • A high level of flexibility
  • Basic English skills
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / ERP systems)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, with an independent and structured approach to work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Forklift and/or crane license is an advantage

Your responsibilities

  • Pre-assembly and final assembly of components and subassemblies
  • Mechanical and electrical assembly of telescope systems
  • Execution of factory acceptance tests (FAT)
  • Documentation of completed work in the ERP system
  • Occasional on-site installation support (worldwide)

Knowledge of telescope systems and astronomy is an advantage, but not required.

Salary:
For this position, we offer a minimum gross monthly salary of €3,000.00. The actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience and will be agreed upon individually.
