Office assistant for technical documentation (m/f/d)
Apprenticeship/HTL Graduate
Full-time / 38.5 hours per week / @headquaters
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical education (HTL, TU, FH)
- Practical experience with editorial systems and software documentation
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experienced in working with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong technical interest and enthusiasm for both textual and graphic design
- Independent, accurate, and well-organized working style
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and cross-functional thinking
Your responsibilities:
- Developing and designing user manuals
- Creating technical operating, installation, and maintenance documentation
- Producing data sheets and marketing-oriented materials
- Presenting complex technical concepts in a clear, target group-oriented, and easily understandable format
- Conducting independent research and gathering necessary information from various departments
- Participating regularly in team meetings and reviews
- Taking responsibility for the graphic and textual implementation of project requirements
- Continuously improving the company’s internal terminology
Prior knowledge of telescope systems and astronomy is not required but would be an advantage.

Salary:
We offer an attractive annual salary starting at €60,000.00 gross (based on 38.5 hours/week). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a significantly higher salary is possible.
