ASA's South Africa Project: Unveiling the ASA EQ1000 UWF f1.3 Telescope
We are delighted to have successfully completed a remarkable project for the Nicolaus Copernicus Astronomical Center, Polish Academy of Sciences, hosted at the prestigious SAAO Observatory in South Africa. Presenting the EQ1000 UWF f1.3, the pinnacle of complexity among telescopes available today.
Our skilled and adaptable assembly team efficiently completed the telescope’s setup, adjustments, and installation within an impressive 48 minutes timeframe. The telescope serves a vital purpose, primarily focused on detecting space debris, satellites, high-speed asteroids (near earth objects), and even extrasolar comets.
Designed as a filterless system, it excels in detecting faint, fast-moving celestial objects at GEO and beyond
