The Space Eye is a spectacular view of the universe that makes you think about our planet and life.
A view through the best telescope in Switzerland is now possible with the Space Eye in Uecht. The heart of the observatory, the ASA AZ1000 1-metre telescope weighing 1.2 tons, is located in the ASA Clamshell Dome at a height of around 950 meters. Also a UWF300 was placed on the AZ1000.
As a research and education center, the Space Eye coordinates research and outreach activities and is strongly committed to STEM professions, sustainability, digitalization and innovative companies.
